These are the optional RPM Short Rod Ends in Green.

For use with all versions of the TRA Slash 2wd, Slash 4x4,
Summit, T-Maxx, E-Maxx, Revo, E-Revo, Slayer Pro 4x4, Stampede
4x4, Rustler VXL, Jato and Bandit VXL
Composite plastic construction
Area around the ball stud is thicker than the stock rod end, but
still allows a full range of motion around the pivot ball
Replaces TRA part #5525-does not include pivot balls, stock
TRA pivot balls must be reused
