This is the Revell Monogram Razor Saw Set with two Blades.

FEATURES:

Two saw blades, one with cutting depth of 3/4" (19mm) and one with
1" (25.4mm) cutting depth
40 teeth per inch (25.4mm) for medium to coarse cutting of wood,
plastic or other soft materials
Plastic handle with aluminum collet can be used with a variety of
blades, gouges, routers and razor saw blades
