This is the 200mm Mazda RX-7 FD3S Clear Body from HPI Racing.

FEATURES:

Designed for 200mm touring cars.
Molded from 0.030" clear polycarbonate plastic, for durability
and long life.
A large high-downforce racing wing and mounting hardware.
Removable protective film on outside of body and wing.
The body has dimple marks for body post drill locations, as well
as clearly marked trim lines.
Convenient pre-cut vinyl decal sheets included! Photorealistic
headlight, grille, and tail light decals are included. Plus
official logos, window frames, door handles and more!
Pre-cut vinyl window masks to make painting quick and simple.
Step-by-step painting tips provided with colored illustrations.
